Overall Satisfaction with Heap

Heap is used by functional units across the business including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing. Everything from determining website conversion rates to specific paths taken by successful users within the app. One of the major benefits of Heap is that our Dev team does not need to implement tracking code and all events are tracked retroactively.

  • Including categories when searching events.
  • 30% decrease in churn.

We're a fairly small team with limited Dev resources. So the main reason that we went with Heap is that it allows non-technical users to define events. That way we're never blocked by needing Dev to define an event and then waiting to collect data.

We LOVE Heap for two main reasons: A Dev is not required to track events and events are retroactively tracked (no need to implement events prior to launch).
