Overall Satisfaction with Heap

Heap is used in my organization to assist with tracking user activities. The use cases involve tracking engagement across our product as well as engagement with various email campaigns. In addition, lots of dashboards and other visualizations are built and shared across the company to help inform product managers and analysts on how our product is being used.

Overall Heap works well to track events and for performing exploratory data analysis. Due to the lack of visuals and clunky UI, I am hesitant to share dashboards and queries across the company. I have no problem sharing with other members of the product but for sharing findings across the company I prefer using other tools.
