Overall Satisfaction with Heap
We have recently started our Digital transformation journey pivoting from legacy third-party client applications, moving over to a modern User Interface, and augmenting our back-end platform. We just started using Heap to understand how our clients are using the applications, and using Heap has been very intuitive on how best to track our clients' journey.
Pros
- Funnel analysis along with recommendations on how best to augment the analysis.
- Giving % of users that have completed the steps and along with users who have dropped off.
- Better understanding on what's causing friction between funnel steps.
Cons
- The wait from Support seemed longer even though they provided comprehensive answers.
- Dependency on a developer on our teams for integration/data ingestion.
Heap's offering is far richer and comprehensive with the ability to captures clicks, changes in the field and submission of forms. Google Analytics only tracks sessions and page views and does not make any recommendations or suggested next steps.
