Overall Satisfaction with Heap
We want to monitor the behavior of our visitors when they come to the website. Simple use-cases involve, looking for pageviews, and checking whether they return to the website after the first visit. What buttons are being clicked? What resources are being downloaded? Mainly with the purpose of monitoring the actions we have in store.
- Monitoring.
- User friendly.
- Strong support.
- The website does not work on Firefox which is a big pain.
They are very basic and do not offer the same advanced use-cases that Heap does. Also Google Analytics is free, and therefore own your data. On Heap this is not an issue.
