Overall Satisfaction with HelloSign
HelloSign is supposed to provide an employment contract to independent contractors through WorkMarket (ADP). From HelloSign, in my experience, there's no service, chat, or email response. In my experience, WorkMarket(ADP) sent me a notice I must subscribe to a big company premium style account I don't need because HelloSign doesn't offer "Embedded Services" to communicate with WorkMarket, yet it isn't mentioned in any of the schedules of account benefits. My account offers 6 templates with One user, but I only need one template and one user. I believe, the next step up is 16 templates, and 2-4 users for 3 times the price. I can't tell if anyone even works there. If they do, in my opinion, they don't care.
