Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

Tracking annual leave, performance monitoring, company surveys and HR files.
  • Allows us to perform 360 reviews with very simple workflows and automation.
  • Allows us to keep employee data in a secure way and for easy access to those with the correct permissions.
  • Allows self service of requesting holiday saving a lot of time with email requests and allows employees to track balances without having to ask HR.
  • Tracking of 1 on 1's with employee would help, currently it only allows managers to do this with direct reports and not the flexibility to hold 1 on 1's with other peers or non direct reports.
  • We'd love Hibob to build out the culture element. This wold include use it as a hub for social events and having a more 'corporate social' element in the way that Facebook Workplace offers this. Having more of an ability to share successes and wins would be great.
  • To have a section that allows the company to promote its CSR activity to the team.
  • We'd love Hibob to assist with recruitment better. A place to keep a CV library of previously reviewed candidates with a retention policy in place for GDPR. To build a workflow for the recruitment process to track people from selection to first interview, second interview etc. To be able to collage housekeeping notes such as salary expectations, notice period in other roles etc. The ability to make interview notes and candidate scoring on the Hibob platform with the relevant people.

Better interface and more features. It felt like Hibob is more progressive and building on the platform all the time rather than a static product.

Hibob is very good at keeping HR all in one place. Removes the need for lot of group storage and spreadsheets, gives power to employees and creates efficiencies for the leadership team.
