Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

We use Hibob to help out employees grow with their careers. It gives them an open door to explore the company and what we have to offer. It is also a platform for them to express their ideas and put forward their best ideas. It streamlines the onboarding process and makes it easier for the team. It has really opened up the thoughts of the employees and they enjoy the system. It is an overall success and creates happy employees.

Hibob is much better and offers many more options than SplashHR. Hibob is more trustworthy. We have come to rely on Hibob for all of our needs in those areas. There is also BambooHR but we looked at it and found that Hibob offers all of the areas we need and use.

The onboarding system makes it fast and easy for the staff to put together the needed documents. It speeds up the process and makes it better for new employees with the new hire process. This in turn saves the company money because we are not spending extra time on those extra duties.

250 - They represent HRD and the Onboarding team across all of our sites worldwide. They use it every day and find it useful.

Yes - We had a local company that we were working with but it was always a headache and their system was slow.

The product's features cover all the areas we needed and it is easy to use for the staff and that in turn saves time and money.
Well we looked at several other companies but it was Hibob that won us over. We should have started the evaluation with Hibob.

Hibob Implementation

Just make sure all staff is trained in the use of the system. Cover all the bases.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - To work with all parties involved with the process and to have open communication with all parties.

Hibob Training

It was fast and easy to learn with the trainer. Their staff was great to work with.

Configuring Hibob

It is just right since we had no problems at all with configuring it with the rest of the system.
Their customer service is fast and reliable.
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - We had to make it easy for the rest of the systems we have here and it was easy to do.
No - we have not done any custom code

They are always there when we need them and their response time is within 3 hours.

Did not purchase premium support. We found we were fine with the regular support system and it works fine for the company.
We were behind on the onboarding process and we needed to speed up the system. The Hibob staff was able to show us shortcuts as to how to speed up the process.
