Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

Our organization uses Hibob because we are in four different countries, using 5 different payroll systems. Hibob works great for us to consolidate all our people info into one place, allowing us better ease in reporting, communications, and getting to know each other. So far we’ve done a performance cycle with one site, which went pretty well- I really appreciate how Hibob is completely customizable by the user. I can set up separate review cycles for different groupings of employees, (unlike a specific Hibob competitor that starts with B), including a different review form and questions.

  • We can quickly and confidently get an employee headcount without having to access multiple systems
  • We can easily get numbers like turnover and retention statistics and filter it by location. This will help us to track and measure the impact of company decisions
  • We can get the same reporting for all our locations
Hibob offers a lot of features and customization compared to BambooHR. You can have workflows only apply to select groupings of employees, whether by location, job type, or a custom group. It has built in surveys that you can customize; I had to use an expensive external system to be able to do the customized performance and feedback cycles that Hibob has built in. You can even add new custom fields to Hibob without having to make a support ticket

HiBob is great for companies who have multiple locations. You can do separate payroll reports for each of those, tracking an exporting changes for different locations or employee groupings. It’s best to have Hibob at a company who has HR admin support with experience in various HRIS systems, as the huge amount of customization can feel overwhelming sometimes, so understanding workflows and approvals is pretty fundamental.
