Overall Satisfaction with HID DigitalPersona

We have a lot of confidential data from clients so to protect that and make sure no one gets access to that or to our company's resources we use HID Global DigitalPersona. It allows users to login without any password it has multiple ways to login and its fully encrypted as well. We feel safe with HID Global.

HID Digital Persona acts as a shield for our organization. It protects us from all kind of online threats with VPN it makes sure no one can detect our correct location. It saves our data in its cloud services which is fully encrypted. The best part about it is that it can be used on both mobile and any system.
With the help of Microsoft Active Directory we store all our users data in HID. It helps keep our domain and users detail safe. It is a fully centralized system which stores all our data and keeps it encrypted which helps us keep our data safe and secure.
We use it protect all kind of software. It depends on team to team. For us specifically we use it to shield our mailing system we use both google workspace and outlook. We also use it during meetings via webex to make sure no one can keep track of our meetings and some other IBM and Salesforce tools.
Multifactor authentication is a great help. We use smart cards for login but it can vary for other users. The best part is we can use it in offline mode as well we can login into our system using biometrics if we don't have any internet connection. SSO is also great.
HID serves all our purposes and is not that expensive its integration with microsoft active directory makes it super helpful. It is loaded with features that are not just for show off but actually works its a great software and we dont think any other software can match its competencies.

If your organization works with a lot of confidential data HID Global DigitalPersona is for you then. We deal with lots of data from our clients some of them are state clients as well and protecting their data is our utmost priority. With HID Global we can protect their data and it also made login process easier as it can be used in off line mode and it offers many authentication method such as sso or biometric login.
