Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Connect

It is being used as a virtual meeting tool for company meetings to allow remote employees to join meetings virtually in person.

Pros

  • Video conferencing.
  • Video sharing.
  • Multiple video streams at once.

Cons

  • The iPhone application can be tricky to use.
  • Very positive for team collaboration.
  • Useful in team presentations.
Highfive has much better video streaming than Skype for Business. It allows for multiple attendees to stream at once and collaborate. The options for sharing your screen or desktop is good too.

Dialpad Connect Support

I have only called support once for an issue with the iPhone and they were able to resolve my issue.
