Overall Satisfaction with Highspot

Our sales org uses Highspot as a one-stop-shop of all of our' internal and external documents. It is especially helpful when I need to get an info sheet or some case study over to a customer. You can tag that document to an opportunity and track how often it is opened/read/shared. It's nice to bundle information, send it over, and then have the ability to track what is being done, if anything, with that information.

Pros

  • Tracks resources that you send to a prospect.
  • Easy place to upload and consume internal training's.

Cons

  • Sometimes it is hard to tell whether a document is supposed to be internal or external facing.
  • It would be nice to add a recently used doc link straight from your email, rather than having to go into Highspot.
  • Great ROI - Huge time saver
  • Visibility into what the customers are actually looking at.
We previously used Google Drive for all of these resources, so Highspot was a considerable upgrade.
I have only reached out to their support team once, but I received helped very quickly.
