Overall Satisfaction with HireRight
I use HireRight to run background reports in order to approve drivers for hire with the carriers I recruit for. I normally run the background reports which include the drivers MVR, SSI, CID List, and DAC reports. This allows me to make an offer contingent upon the drivers' employment verifications.
- My ROI is around the 80 percentile range.
- Without using HireRight, my ROI would surely decrease.
First Advantage had me all over the screen trying to figure out how to maneuver around there website. I still haven't completely figured it out. While HireRight was easy to use and self explanatory. I've been using HireRight for so long now adjusting my eyes to any different format would probably be a wrecking ball waiting to happen.
I've worked with Barbara several different times during my time with HireRight. And she is absolutely the best. She helped me with the integration side of things which was delightful because that can be somewhat confusing. She always responded to my emails and my needs in a very good timely manner. Can't complain about the support at all.

Very likely that I would refer friends and coworkers to HireRight. If it wasn't for HireRight, I would not be able to complete my job in a timely manner. It's simply a must do for the transportation industry. By using the reports they offer, I can firmly make a sound decision on hiring my prospects.
