Overall Satisfaction with HireRight

We use HireRight when we are looking into hire new employees for our organization. HireRight allows us to keep a running database of all our potential candidates and keep real time tracking of all notes on the prospective employee as well as get updates on the process from first interview to full employed.

  • Increased efficiency for HR
I enjoy HireRight much more as I am able to have more customizable features in the application as well as run reports that allow me to have increased efficiency in the hire process and know where all employees are in the process at any point in time. We selected HireRight due to these features as well as the decreased licensing cost.

HireRight is well suited when you have many potential candidates at the same time and need to keep a database of all of the candidates so that you can ensure the status of all of their potential employment is updates. It may be less appropriate when there are only 1-2 potential candidates in the pipeline.
