Overall Satisfaction with HireVue

We currently use HireVue for all of our Corporate based jobs. Additionally, we use it some in the field as well as our internship and co-op jobs. We are a very large company whose headquarters
are not in a metro area. This product has saved us a ton on interview travel expenses.

Pros

  • Total flexibility from the interviewer and the interviewee perspective
  • The technology is sharp
  • mobile mobile mobile. If you're on the go and you need to screen candidate, you need this!!!

Cons

  • I'd like to see the mobile ap have the ability to search canidate(s)
  • I'd like to the mobile ap to have SSO technology
  • Great ROI for interview travel expenses.
Honestly, we have not given a competitor a chance. It works so well for us, why change?
No, If I'm recommending to a colleague, I have no hesitations.

    Tony, thanks so much for the awesome review! We really appreciate you and Marathon Petroleum being on board with us. You can search for candidates in the mobile app by clicking on "all". Did that help, or were you inquiring about a different type of search option? Unfortunately the mobile apps do not have SSO technology as a form of security, but I will send this through as a feature request as that would definitely be very helpful!
