Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
HireVue has been exceptional for us. We can speed up the hiring process, and we can get to the candidates that best fit much quicker and cheaper. Our managers find it easy to use and they are also singing the praises of this technology. We made a few adjustments on the scoring function to make it easier and that has also helped.

- The initial set up of scoring requires a score per each question. Often, it is not worth even viewing more than one question on some candidates.

We have used Skype for live interviews before, but this is not the same. We are not using HireVue for live interviews right now, as the digital format is more flexible for us.
Skype can be complicated in that each person has to have an account, and many candidates do not. With HireVue the candidates can easily do the interview off a simple link sent via email.
