Overall Satisfaction with Hive
Hive was intended to help us streamline communications around complex processes. It was meant to replace several other tools that we use for the same purposes, and consolidate our work information into a single avenue for truth. We planned to use it to plan web improvement, construction, audiovisual, content creation, and exhibition development projects.

Hive did what these other tools do. It has Kanban boards, Gantt views, timeline views, reporting, task management, and file uploads. While it is not as feature rich at the lowest subscription level as some of these others, its interface is quite a bit less overwhelming than say ClickUp, but less friendly than MeisterTask. IF you want to work within email from the same app, though, this one rocks!
