Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
SSA uses Hootsuite on a daily basis to post and monitor all of our social media platforms. The ease of posting to all of the platforms at once is quick and simple. Being able to view and review all phases of the process gives me confidence that our posts are always correct and look good.

We have never used any other platform. Why would we? Hootsuite is the best product for this on the market. We would be silly to waste our time and energy with a second rate platform. No need to look any further, Hootsuite is the best by far. Get on board today!
It is hard to connect with members of the Hootsuite team from time to time. If there was a chat feature or a phone number to call and be directly connected with staff I think we would be even more satisfied with the program. Make it easier to immediately contact staff.
