Hootsuite is used to manage 30+ social accounts. It is currently being used centrally by our marketing department. Hootsuite addresses three business problems for us. First, it allows us to easily schedule posts across multiple accounts and social platforms simultaneously with relative ease. Second, it provides fast and flexible reporting on key performance indicators across any and all key social accounts. Third, Hootsuite provides social community management tools that make it easier to stay informed and engaged.

I like the feature for scheduling posts. I like that I can schedule for all platforms at once while still customizing each separately. Other programs require you to do each platform independently if you are in a single post scheduler. I also enjoy how your calendar displays the post image. I wish there was a way to mass-upload posts that included photographs. Before this, I used Hubspot, and it was simple to export a whole month to a CSV and then import data. They offer a media library, so you simply upload all of the images, and then in your CSV, insert the Hubspot link in the image column. When you import it, your posts will be complete with photographs. I can import the copy into Hootsuite, but the image must be inserted afterwards. Hootsuite makes it simple to post to all of our social media networks at the same time. This method saves me a significant amount of time. I also enjoy that all of our updates are in one spot in our email. This allows me to manage all responses at the same time. Hootsuite makes it simple to schedule several posts in advance. We save a lot of time by uploading everything in one location at once, and if we need to alter or update anything before the scheduled posting date, we know where to look and immediately fix it. Hootsuite has made significant modifications to make it easier to post numerous photographs to Instagram, which we frequently use.

I started using Hootsuite at a time when I had multiple clients to whom we were providing social media content creation services. One of the clients was a hospitality exhibition, with a requirement to post multiple times on the days of the exhibition, and the other clients are NPOs with a daily posting requirement. Hootsuite provided me with the ability to schedule content and easily resize images, and tag exhibitors, donors, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders easily and in the most user-friendly way.

We use Hootsuite to plan almost all our social media posts across Twitter, Facebook, & Instagram. We also use it to keep track of engagement as it alerts us when users leave comments, send messages, share, etc. Without a tool like this, we wouldn't be able to batch our content in the same way. The condensed calendar view allows us to see our posts in a visual way, which is very helpful.

I use it to help automatise the process of posting on linked in and to make sure that I am able to get the post up and live at the peak times to ensure that it can gain as much traction as possible. This is also replicated across Facebook, which Hootsuite helps us post once to two platforms, saving me half the work! We do, however, use Twitter for our 'behind-the-scenes' team activities & photos.

I like how you can also customise your 'dashboard' so that it helps to easily see whether other accounts have engaged in your posts or mentioned you in theirs.

I use HootSuite to manage the social media accounts for my non profit business about old school text books. I use it to manage the daily posts for Facebook , Twitter and Instagram. I like to make sure that I don't post too many topics on the same themes each week. Hootsuite is used so that I can move posts and also plan well in advance what topics I want to focus on and which pages I promote.

I use Hootsuite to currently schedule all of our social media. I love that I can schedule up to 30 days out and don't have to think about it on a daily basis - it is a lot of work but being able to set aside one day a month is priceless. I really appreciate the analytics sharing of the best time to post - I use that the majority of the time. I also appreciate the publisher screen that shows me how each post will look next to each other. I also love that I can cover IG and FB in one joint post.

We have a lot of social channels so it really helps up to plan and utilize our time better. It's great to be able to pre-plan posts for weekends, time away, etc as well. I have spent a lot of time in the past going to each social platform for each post, its extremely time consuming and not efficient at all. I use Hootsuite for attraction marketing and regular marketing. I want a regular presence on social media and Hootsuite allows me to have that. It addresses the issue of staying relevant and visible. I utilize Hootsuite to post social media graphics across ten channels. Some channels are public facing, and some are internal Facebook groups.
