Hootsuite has made it easier to post across multiple platforms and made it easier to keep track of all my posts.
Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
I post on Facebook and Twitter for the insurance company I work for. I mostly just post interesting content with a message included to promote their business. Just trying to get more exposure for them through interesting content. I do enjoy using Hootsuite, it's so much easier being able to plan out weeks in advance rather than doing it on a daily bases. It allows me more time to be more thoughtful about what I post and is so easy to work with. I really don't have any complaints. It works really well for what I'm doing. Thank you for all your help.
- Allowing to schedule weeks in advance
- Being able to easily review past post for analytics
- suggestions for best times to post
- with twitter you can only have so many words so I have to create ways with media to add more words, it would be great if Hootsuite offered a way to make these.
- I feel that the company is getting more exposure
- the analytics number are improving
- content is gaining interaction with likes and shares
