Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Hootsuite to schedule my social media posts for my music blog MusicBoxPete. It allows me to inform my users of when new articles, podcasts, and live videos are posted and is designed to keep in touch with my readers about news concerning music, new and emerging artists, and anything concerning the music industry.

It allows me to schedule posts from more than one social media network.

It allows me to post links and media with my posts with relative ease.

To be able to use more social media sites with the free version.
Revamp the scheduler to get a different view of when social media posts will be posted.

It has helped me appear more credible and legitimate.

Support Rating

I haven't had to use support for Hootsuite at all, but from what I hear, their functionality is incredible! I hope I never have to use support, but it's good to know that they're efficient at their job, and it is one of the reasons why I love Hootsuite so much.

Hootsuite is well suited for the person who uses it at least once a week like me, who can focus on my full-time job and not have to manage it so much, and who can know that my social media posts will be posted when I've scheduled them out.
