- I like the scheduling and editing options for the posts.
- I like the interface.
- I'd like to be able to see my Facebook page's home feed, so I can interact with the social circle from the product, similar to the Twitter home feed.
- I'd like to be able to tag people and pages, using the "@" symbol on Facebook posts, similar to the functionality with Twitter. Most of my Facebook posts, I need to schedule on the Facebook product, not HootSuite.
- The reporting functionality is only the past 35 days or less. This limits insights into trends within the reports modules. It would be helpful to have a much wider window and trending charts for analysis, rather than having to do it manually. More similar to Google Analytics, perhaps
- Increased efficiencies with scheduling posts.
- Responsiveness to the community.
