Overall Satisfaction with HootSuite Enterprise

As a restaurant company with more than 20 social media accounts, we use Hootsuite Enterprise to help organize and schedule posts in advance.
  • Schedules social media posts
  • Provides follower listening tools
  • Customizable organizational tools
  • Biggest complaint: photos don't show when you schedule tweets, you have to click on a link to view them
  • Tweets using hootsuite have that owl next to them, so our followers can tell we're scheduling things in advance.
  • Using an @mention on facebook doesn't link to the account, it shows as: "@mention"
  • It's helped me lower the number of hours I have to spend on social media
  • It's helped us better listen to what people are saying across multiple platforms
I wish it could dive deeper into follower analysis like Social Bro. I like that we can read what everyone is saying and interact across multiple platforms more easily, though.
Very easy to use.Visual calendar makes it easier to ensure content is spread out over time.
The only thing that will get me to change is if i can choose another service (ie. TweetDeck) that will plug my actual pictures into tweets instead of links that have to be clicked.
