Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules

We use HotSchedules for all of our front of the house scheduling.
  • Scheduling - although I hate a lot of the functionality of the new software.
  • Shift changes- request time off
  • Messaging
  • Forecasting schedule cost outs
  • The POS integration was an absolute mess when we tried it.
  • The scheduler lags. There is no good way to schedule on calls. The template generator needs some work too.
  • You can't copy and paste on the scheduler.

It's great software and helps us a lot. I actually believe it's the best in the business right now, but the new scheduler needs some work. It should not have been rolled out and forced on every store.
