Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
We use HotSchedules for all of our front of the house scheduling.
- Scheduling - although I hate a lot of the functionality of the new software.
- Shift changes- request time off
- Messaging
- Forecasting schedule cost outs
- The POS integration was an absolute mess when we tried it.
- The scheduler lags. There is no good way to schedule on calls. The template generator needs some work too.
- You can't copy and paste on the scheduler.
