Overall Satisfaction with HPE Nimble Storage
We used two Nimble CS210 as storage across the whole organization. We were able to migrate 98% of our physical hardware to 2 Hyper-V clusters that were cross replicated between the Nimble units in two locations. By doing this, we had a snapshot solution for backups and cross replication for disaster recovery.

- Single pane management for multiple units.
- CIFS/NFS
- Positive - Storage for all VM's.
- Negative - ROI was longer than other storage but performance gains justified the increase of time.
EMC - VNX E3500
The VNX management portal is not as simple to use. The support life-cycle of the VNX is also not as long. The features you get from Nimble are much better without having to pay for extra licenses.
