  • It allows me to do setup all of my email, social media, and lead generation landing pages in one spot.
  • The timeline is a fantastic way for our sales team to review the history of each of the leads we provide them.
  • Automated workflows are set it and forget it and help to move our leads down the funnel.
  • The social inbox is a great way to not only publish content, but to review our competitors and keywords in our industry.
  • The contact reporting only allows me to view NEW contacts by source (natural search, paid search, social, etc.). I have to use Google Analytics to get a true picture of total leads by source.
  • There isn't an easy way (as of now) to integrate with WebEx. As a company that does at least two webinars a month, this leaves a blind spot in our lead score.
  • The lead scoring can be challenging. I wish there was more guidance on how to set it up in a way that has been proven to work for other clients.
  • HubSpot has allowed us to provide our sales team with more qualified leads and a better picture of their activity over their "lead lifetime."
  • Our team is able to work more efficiently because we create content and pull results in one central location.
  • We started rolling out Signals to our Sales Team and this has allowed them to more efficiently and effectively.
I have used several other email/marketing systems at other companies, and HubSpot is the easiest to use, provides the best customer service (we have a fantastic account manager), and allows me to pull more in-depth reporting than I've ever been able to do with another system. And they are constantly working on ways to make it better.
I recommended HubSpot to my colleagues at my former employer. The customer service is one of the main reasons I recommend HubSpot. We have a knowledgeable account manager and the support team is usually very helpful. Are you looking to connect and track all of your marketing campaigns across several channels (organic search, email, social media). Do you want the ability to A/B test your emails, landing pages, and blog posts?
