  • Training: Hubspot does an excellent job of providing live and recorded webinars to help you implement their product and even develop strategies you might not have previously considered.
  • A/B Testing: Quickly implement a/b testing across landing pages, email or CTAs.
  • Content Creation: Hubspot allows users without programming knowledge to easily and quickly create custom landing pages. Also their publishing tools make updating your blog or social media effortless.
  • Support: Although they are overall very helpful and eager to assist, there were a few times where we received conflicting answers from different team members.
  • More Sales Data: They should have a dashboard or tab completely dedicated to sales, not just what's listed under the main "Marketing Performance" dashboard. I understand we can create custom reports but I'd like to see greater insights right from the site itself.
  • Hubspot has helped us to identify where our most valuable leads are coming from. This is very useful information when considering where to spend your marketing dollars.
  • They have also helped us segment our clients and customize what content they are sent, effectively increasing sales and shortening our sales cycle.
Hubspot has lived up to the set expectations and helped us fine tune our marketing and sales efforts. Combining this with the fact that it's cheaper than most of their competitors is a win-win!
Hubspot is easy to use, quick to setup and very powerful when applied to your existing marketing and sales efforts.
