- Reporting on specific blogs to see engagement over time on a particular blog, in a chart form by day, week, month, year.
- Increased Traffic

- Ease of use
It's been a few years, so I can't remember other software that I tested at the time. All I can say is that their tech support is awesome and always willing to help, that probably had a great impact on my decision. I like the layout as well.
