Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

I've used HubSpot for about three years, at both my previous and current organizations. The product, along with the educational materials provided, has transformed the way my marketing team operates. The most beneficial features that HubSpot has to offer include: SEO recommendations, analytics and reporting, and serving as a centralized "hub" for all of our marketing efforts.
  • Reports on marketing-initiated revenue
  • Improved customer and prospect relationships via the Social Inbox
  • Hosts all of our blog and landing page content with campaign attribution
  • Lead scoring could be more user-friendly and customized
  • Workflow reports could be improved - being able to quickly see which contacts are in which step of the workflow in a custom report
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Improved customer relationships
  • Transparency in marketing-driven leads and sales
HubSpot is consistently improving and adding features to meet its customer's needs. I know if there is a feature I want to see in the product, they will most likely have it available within 24 months. Also, HubSpot offers phenomenal customer services and technical support, free of charge! That's definitely a differentiator in the market, from my experience.
