HubSpot is our rock, we use it every day. After a year of using the platform I'm still discovering the endless things HubSpot is capable of.
I use HubSpot to design our website, landing pages and blog. I also use it to send out weekly email blasts to over 20,000 customers. These emails provide our customers helpful tips, testimonials, and highlights new products.

Pros
- The HubSpot email templates make designing email blasts quick and easy. The templates map out all of the components needed to create a successful email an intuitive and straightforward way.
- The customer service at HubSpot is impressive and unbeatable! I can answer most of my own questions by looking at their user guides comprehensive manual. The live chat function is great for quick questions. HubSpot always gets back to my emails in a timely fashion. However, their customer support help line is unprecedented. The representatives are always personable, helpful, and understanding. It seems like they are one step ahead of me (in the best way possible) and have fixed my problems by the time I finish explaining them! I wish more customer support lines worked this way!!
- HubSpot provides performance data on how effective our emails, landing pages, and posts are, that is invaluable to determining how effective our marketing campaigns are.
Cons
- The graphic design of the HubSpot templates can be limiting. I don't have a background in graphic design and rely on the HubSpot templates to make my pages look professional. Sometimes I wish they looked a little more polished.

Yes - I did have a bug with uploading contact lists into one of my emails. However, the customer support representative showed me an alternative way I could go about uploading the information to bypass the bug. I was able to get my email blast out on time, and I received and email an hour later stating the bug had been resolved and I could go back to my old way of uploading contact lists for all future emails.
