Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
Our whole organization uses HubSpot. We love it! It truly allows us to break down customers into workflows and send them the content they are looking for. Because of HubSpot we have been able to take marketing for both us and our clients to the next level. All of HubSpot's capabilities are extremely user friendly and easy to figure out. From emails, to social, to workflows we use HubSpot for everything and love it.
- HubSpot allows you to close the loop in your selling. By uploading lists into HubSpot you're able to mark what stage of the buyers journey they're in and that allows you to personalize the content you send to them.
- HubSpot is a one stop place for reporting! You can look at all of your online marketing efforts in one convenient place and see how you're doing.
- HubSpot is extremely user friendly when it comes to creating emails, landing pages, CTAs, posting social and more.
- Being able to personalize where they are in the buyers journey would be nice. Not being stuck with the names HubSpot uses, such as sales qualified lead, marketing qualified lead, etc.
- I would love for HubSpot to expand on their social media reporting. Being able to look at reach and what people are saying across all platforms would be awesome.
- A reputation management tool would be awesome, to monitor things such as google plus reviews.
- HubSpot has been great for our business. We have had great ROI since implementing HubSpot.
- The sales process has become so simple since HubSpot, they convert through the site, get an automated email, and we are able to track clicks and contact them easily when needed.
- Our hiring process has even become much better since HubSpot, we treat future employees like a perspective client and have them convert through a HubSpot form.
HubSpot is top of the line and in my opinion there are no other tools out there that compare when it comes to the capabilities and the amount of things you can do all within HubSpot. HubSpot makes it so easy to manage everything you need as far as digital marketing goes.
As a HubSpot customer, they have allowed us to take our business and our clients digital marketing to the next level. They are also great to us as their customers. They are always there to support us and offer advice whenever it's needed. They are always working on their end to better their product and often upgrade to make sure they remain top of the line.

When it comes to HubSpot, the main thing to consider in my opinion is what industry are you working in and who is your target market. If you have an older target market that likely doesn't use a computer, HubSpot might not be the right choice since the focus is online. It's all about knowing your industry and your target market.
