Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We use HubSpot mostly for awareness campaigns, lead nurturing, and sales insight. It's great having the flexibility in the marketing department to build and manage marketing campaigns on our own. I also love how the tool connects the sales and marketing department and allows for transparency.

  • We currently integrate with Salesforce and there are a couple things I'd like to see done better with that for accurate reporting, but overall it's not so bad.

It's definitely an investment, so probably not a great fit for early start-ups or young companies. However, once we committed to using HubSpot, we've never looked back. It's a great tool plus they train you in Inbound Marketing practices. You can't go wrong with that knowledge.
