Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We implemented HubSpot to help us manage our leads, our emails and track our marketing efforts. There were no other marketing automation platforms before HubSpot. We starting using HubSpot in September and are already seeing positive results 3 months later. I have used other marketing platforms in my previous job and I have been very pleased with the ability and the ease of use that HubSpot has. They are priced very competitively for what they offer and have many integrated tools that are not part of a basic package in their competitors. I would highly recommend HubSpot to any other small and mid-market size companies as they are a great platform for marketing efforts.
  • It integrates very well with Salesforce making lead management very easy
  • Emails and landing pages are very easy to build
  • Automated campaigns are also very easy to build and implement
  • Some functionalities are missing such as having folders to categorize landing pages but nothing that is a deal breaker.
  • We have seen higher traffic to the website and also better conversion to leads.
  • Eloqua,Marketo
HubSpot was a much better alternative as we are a smaller company with a restricted budget and HubSpot was a much better value for the price.
I think that Hubspot is a great fit for us and will help us keep growing. It covers all the marketing aspects that we need and integrates with Salesforce which we already have in place.

I think HubSpot is better suited for small and mid-size companies as enterprises usually require more customization and HubSpot is a great tool right out of the box. HubSpot is not only great for lead management but also for acquiring new leads so it depends on what the needs of the companies are. Are they looking more for a lead management tool or something that does a little bit of everything?
