Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

HubSpot is being used by our Marketing Team, our Strategist, and our Sales team. It has been hugely helpful in automating our communication with prospective clients. We can offer them personalized and relevant resources as they move through the process of learning about our product. It also gets important data automatically entered into Salesforce. This helps us keep track of our leads and their activities, all the while putting people first.
  • HubSpot is a thought leader in the marketing world, so we are always confident that there are new features being released that are ultimately going to help us serve our clients well. They strive to make the experience we have, as well as the tools and products, as excellent as possible.
  • Blog, blog, blog! This is a huge part of our companies communication to our prospective clients, and HubSpot helps us blog as effectively as possible.
  • Its a powerful tool, that can accomplish a lot, but its also very easy to use. The UI design is intuitive, and even if it was more difficult, there is so much training available, I have always felt equipped to use the tool.
  • My role is very client facing, and I love that HubSpot's workflows allow me to reach more people in a meaningful way, without sacrificing time or valuable content.
  • HubSpot's integration features are mostly done very well, but there is some confusion for me around field mapping into Salesforce. Salesforce is the primary tool I use, so I want to be sure that all the important info HubSpot is capturing is getting translated into my CRM.
  • I really really really wish I could re-enroll folks into workflows they've been taken out of, or I'd like to enroll them in a workflow at a certain point in the middle of the workflow. If this is possible, I'm not sure of how to accomplish it.
  • I am not the marketing manager, so I'm not sure about the exact ROI, but I do know that using this tool as a sales rep has allowed me to be so much more helpful to our customers. It has allowed me to meet them where they are at, and provide helpful resources.
  • Way better customer service, because we can serve interested people via well thought out workflows.
  • We've been able to collect so much important data through HubSpot smart forms, it has helped us know our clients better- their needs and desires.
We are likely to renew our use of HubSpot because it has helped us organize our automated communication in a way that's putting our customers first. The forms, workflows and other main features have challenged us to be better at meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Email marketing
  • Lead nurturing
  • Landing pages
  • List segmentation
  • Sales intelligence
  • Integration with CRM system
  • Blogging
  • Surveys
I would highly recommend HubSpot to someone else simply because they are constantly improving- so anything it doesn't accomplish now, it will likely be able to do later on. I would say that an important question to ask during the selection process (to your team) is what main functions your team will be using it for. Then when you speak with a HubSpot rep, you'll be able to talk about more specific functionalities and processes.
