HubSpot is the key software used in the Sales & Marketing department. It is used for email marketing, social media, landing pages, CTA's, as well as our CRM. It is extremely user friendly, saving my team and I an exceptional amount of time. HubSpot also provides a remarkable reporting tool to keep track of every single marketing initiative and the ROI.
- Social Media: HubSpot's social media tool allows you to publish and track all social posts from Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn groups. It keeps everything centralized and segmented according to your marketing needs.
- CRM: HubSpot provides the ability to track deals and contacts seamlessly. The SideKick feature syncs with Gmail to track email opens as well as the links clicked on by the recipient.
- HubSpot COS: The content optimization system keeps the backend of your site clean. HubSpot is the complete inbound marketing platform, so that your customers get a seamless experience from social media to email to your website.
- There have been a few bugs with the Sidekick Integration with the same photo autopopulating for each contact.
