Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

It is used mostly by our inbound marketing department, but the design department usually utilizes it to do the coding of landing page templates & emails. We also design all the graphics that our marketing department utilizes for blog entries, email campaigns & any other resources they may need. It makes having a web presence a lot less daunting for customers and allows the design department and marketing department to coordinate a bit better.
  • Responsive template design is very easy
  • Thorough tutorials available
  • Intuitive interface
  • Great template system
  • Links between stylesheets and associated templates could be made more clear.
  • More robust CSS button options
  • More JS integration
  • Better customer service
  • Easy delivery system from required graphics
  • Quicker delivery for email and landing page tempaltes
  • MailChimp,Constant Contact
HubSpot has more features than these products, however, these products offer a much quicker solution to email marketing campaigns. MailChimp and Constant Contact require VERY little to set up and provide an acceptable amount of statistics. However, they do not offer as many solutions to as many problems as HubSpot.
Currently they have quick solutions to some design problems, however, I do not personally use the majority of its features. Otherwise I would design and code most things myself and use quick solutions like MailChimp for email campaigns.
It is good for managing a multitude of social media content across client brands. It is great for creating base templates and then being able to duplicate them with a few changes every time you need a new one. If you want your site to have extensive custom functionality, HubSpot may not be for you. However, if you want quick solutions to create decent web content, it's definitely worth it to check it out.
