HubSpot is vital in our marketing department to solve the challenges of client communication and lead nurturing.
  • HubSpot integrates several levels of communication (social media, blog, email, etc.) into one intuitive platform streamlining its use and simplifying reporting.
  • HubSpot offers hours of one-on-one training to assist in developing a unique marketing plan for your organization utilizing HubSpot's capabilities. It's like having a personal marketing coach on your side!
  • HubSpot's tech support is a value-added service. I have called in multiple times and received the answer I needed each time within minutes.
  • HubSpot could be improved by adding a few simple functions. For example, the ability to cc an email address and offer more customized/specific reporting. However, they do provide a forum where you can add or vote for new features that are regularly reviewed by their development team.
  • Compared to other platforms, HubSpot is a bit pricy, even though it is competitive.
  • By utilizing HubSpot's automated email workflows during our busiest quarter, we increased our eBook download rate by 700%.
  • HubSpot's simple, intuitive platform has allowed multiple employees to quickly learn to use it.

HubSpot is an excellent platform to use if you are ready to streamline and track your organization's social media, blogs, landing pages and emails into one platform to generate new leads and nurture current ones. If you only use one or two of these features, it might be best to utilize a less expensive alternative for the time being.

Using HubSpot
