Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We are using HubSpot to communicate to our B2B database and are very happy with all the functionalities. The most important one is the ease of use, the HELP has answers to almost any question one might have, if not you receive a call within five minutes. We have the API integrated for all the automation we could use (user subscription, weekly activity reports, etc). I would like more visibility on cumulated statistics, but then again few ESPs have this. We used landing pages and they are a great asset, gives us a lot of liberty to A/B test. I totally recommend it, especially for managing smaller databases.
