Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

HubSpot is currently being used as both an Inbound Marketing tool as well as CRM. We use HubSpot across multiple departments. HubSpot addresses the problems of managing many complex customer types and how to market to each of them with pinpoint accuracy.

  • Hard to pinpoint problems for extensions or e-commerce connectors.

HubSpot is objectively better: more intuitive, more user-friendly, and far more flexible for feature requests and continuous improvement.
Well-suited for existing businesses, can be a little harder to use for brand new businesses.
