Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

At IMA, we are a Platinum Partner of HubSpot. That means that we can sell the platform to other companies and also support them in their use of it. Everyone in our company has access to it, though some use it more than others. We use it to manage inbound marketing efforts of our clients, including email marketing, blogging, content creation and distribution, metrics and analytics, SEO and much, much more. It helps deliver and execute a complete inbound marketing strategy to companies of all sizes in just about any industry.

  • Continuous improvement: always looking for ways to grow and adapt.
  • Network: access to a network of HubSpot staff, as well as users.
  • Support: always available, knowledgeable and very easy to work with.
  • Onboarding and initial training: it's a great platform, but can be a little overwhelming for a beginner.
  • Constant change can sometimes lead to confusion: they are always looking for ways to improve, which sometimes leads to confusion over how to do things now vs. how you used to do them.
  • More intentional and successful lead nurturing
  • More clarity and transparency about the success or pitfalls of a campaign and the ability to see what made it great or where things went wrong so you can improve

Are you ready to dive in and use HubSpot frequently? Do you have at least one person in your organization to own it? If not, do you have an agency to help you? HubSpot is an amazing tool, but it's only as good as what you put into it. Just like Excel or Word, it doesn't do anything if you don't use it. Be sure you have time and resources to dedicate to it. If you do, it can help you achieve really powerful things!
