Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot primarily for all of our marketing efforts (emails, social media, landing pages, blogging, etc.) as well as for reporting. Our sales team has started to utilize the sales portion of HubSpot as well. It really helps with the creation and managing of email campaigns, which is very useful. I appreciate having one marketing tool that I can use for almost all of our marketing programs. My boss can log into HubSpot to see how programs are performing and access all the data and reporting that he needs.
Pros
- Social Media Marketing: schedule your posts and it posts to all of your social channels at once and then it is all in one place to view interactions and clicks.
- Blog - our entire blog is setup through HubSpot and linked to from our homepage. It's very easy to manage and sometimes better if you aren't familiar or don't want the bloggers accessing your WordPress dashboard.
- Email Campaigns - Email Creation, segregating contacts for emails and then tracking their performance is all simple.
Cons
- The blog was difficult to setup originally but Hubspot has an awesome team to help whenever needed. It's now functional and very low maintenance.
- I wish the social media platform could also post to Instagram.
- Hubspot definitely increased my efficiency with marketing. It's worth the money for sure!
- There is a learning curve involved and I know I'm not utilizing it as much as I could but I just don't have the team or time to take advantage of everything HubSpot has to offer.
- SUPER AWESOME support. The support team responds quickly and is always helpful.
