Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We use it for business development and CRM for several departments across the organization, but mainly marketing and customer service. It's a great service and has been incredibly helpful for us in keeping track of who we've spoken to and what people/companies we still need to reach out to.
  • Business Development - Keeps track of leads, who you've spoken to, and who people have closed
  • CRM - Great at keeping track of customers and their issues
  • Wish there was more functionality in the CRM - for example, being able to keep track of and notify you when you haven't spoken to leads in a while, and having more intelligence there
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Faster responses and lead conversion
Looked at Salesforce but decided not to use them because they are mainly for sales as opposed to relationship management
For pure relationship management, it's a good stop gap but is missing some features
