Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We use Hubspot to manage a wide range of digital marketing efforts. The software seamlessly integrates all of those efforts in to one portal. This allows us to better track ROI, never miss a lead and be proactive for everyone that visits our site.

Pros

  • Integration of social media
  • Deep tracking metric for email
  • Tons of resources and tools

Cons

  • Would love simple reporting tools that don't come at an additional cost while already using very costly software
  • Has helped improve tracking at every level
Hubspot is vastly superior.
It's an excellent tool for anyone but is even more geared towards product based eCommerce.
