Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We primarily use HubSpot within the marketing department. Although some sales persons use it as needed. It's used for marketing automation, website and email data analysis, social media, and data reporting. It's very helpful, and allows us to do the job of a large marketing team, with just a few people.
- Continuous product updates
- Tons of education and support
- Too many features to count: segmentation, true A/B testing, reports, on and on
- While there are a lot of features, it is still missing a few I would like (timeline activity as a field)
- Still a lot of bugs throughout the system (random site-wide stats errors, contacts server downtime)
- It's opened our eyes to data and testing, which has allowed us to be more targeted and thoughtful concerning our marketing. Better marketing = more money.
- On the other hand, there is so much to look at, it can be easy to waste time and resources on projects that don't turn out.
