Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
HubSpot is mainly used by the marketing department in my organization, and sometimes the sales department uses the CRM. HubSpot mainly helps with solving the manpower problem of the marketing department, as it is a marketing automation platform with great analytics, tracking, and optimization. It makes my job as a one-woman-band department head so much easier and more efficient. It also has a great academy for learning all kinds of inbound marketing related strategies and knowledge.

- HubSpot support offers contact through phone or email. I personally prefer contact through email because of the call quality and sometimes accent issue, but their email support staff are not as knowledgable as those on the phone.
- There are not many functional updates, but they do update the interface quite often, sometimes a bit too often...
- Would love to see more development on the analytics side
- We generated a great amount of leads once we got the marketing automation machine going

I have not used other marketing platforms. I am using HubSpot because we have been using it for a long time and it was passed down to me.
