Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
At Hummel and Plum, we're using HubSpot to keep track of our sales, customers, and the interactions we have with them.
We use HubSpot to keep tabs on the connections we have with our customers so we can ensure the highest level of customer service. Right now our office is the only one using HubSpot as we're in a testing period to see if it is what we'd like to use.

- took some time to get familiar with how to use
- without paying for some of the additional tools there is limited functionality
- Higher levels of customer service
- Better visualization of current deals

I'm not entirely sure because this is the first real CRM that I have used. At our office we have an Agency Management System, AMS, but its functions seem quite limited.
With our current AMS we aren't able to set up email templates, track interactions with customers automatically, link the customer profile to their social accounts, view the current sales and what progress they've made, and many more.
