Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM and integrate it with our email. We can track email opens in real-time, responses, and auto-add new contacts to the CRM. We’re also able to revisit each of the contacts and see a timeline of all communication with that specific contact. We use HubSpot CRM across the entire organization.

The trackable email feature is huge. Templated email sequences have helped us stay in contact with hot prospects. The customizable email sequences are then tracked and traced, we can measure if we’re still on track with a prospect, or if they’ve deleted our email(s). When we see the opens without a response, we know to continue to follow up with a prospect.
