Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It's used by the Sales department to report every salesperson's activity such as cold calls, meetings, and the movement of the leads if they're stuck or moving from cold to another phase. HubSpot is also used by the supervisor to monitor every salesperson's daily activity. So far, there is no problem.

To be honest. just use HubSpot. Compared to the experience I had with other CRMs, I think HubSpot is the easiest CRM to use. I think it is easier because HubSpot gave me less hassle to operate, a good interface, a good mobile application, and, so far, I've had a very good user experience with HubSpot.
