Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

  • TADA uses HubSpot to drive the Sales and Marketing process.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Automate email flow for inbound inquiries.
  • Email campaign.
  • SDR uses HubSpot to manage its target audience and outbound process.
  • Account excutive and business partners use HubSpot to manage their sales pipeline.
  • Pipeline management.
  • SDR activity management.
  • MQL automated email.
  • Follow-up task.
  • Slow and lagging.
  • Limited options in creating email sequences and email campaigns.
  • I am not sure of it at the moment.
It's user-friendly and easy to use.
If it is not for the cost I would choose to go with Freshworks or Salesforce.
