Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot CRM is being used in the Sales Department for Managing all CRM Activities. It's the best tool to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Easy to access and track all CRM activities in one go.
  • Creating deals and e-mail sequencing is helping us to build client relation.
  • It's very convenient to make calls from HubSpot dialer.
  • In the task menu we can edit and arrange colums as per our convenience.
  • In the contact menu while clicking on lead it should automatically open in new tab.
  • Mobile app could be better.
  • Deals feature is a bit complex to set up initially.
  • It's great in term of revenue management .
  • We can easily track deals and project sales.
  • Absolutely it's cost and time saving
HubSpot CRM interface is very user-friendly; if you see another platform they are a bit complex. In HubSpot, you can track each activity in one go.
CRM alignment with Marketing and Sales is awesome. We are getting leads on a real-time basis and it's very convenient to circulate in the system.
CRM software should be cost-effective and user-friendly.
