Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It's being used by the whole organization. From the Marketing department to the Sales or Customer Success department. We used it to have all the data from our users and to keep track of them. In my case, I use it to send emails or even call. It's a very attractive tool that all companies should have.

Cons
- It will be nice to have an option to unsend emails.
- To stand out the notes section.
- It will be awesome to have a section where you can verify the emails of our users (to check if these emails exist).

Our Marketing and Sales department are the ones that benefit the most from this tool. The Sales department implements their leads in the CRM and contacts them through HubSpot. And the Marketing department collects the data and sends email cadences. Also, we both use the reports function, which is very useful to analyze your performance.
